Your design proof arrives within hours. Names, dates and images are approved by you in writing, and a 70% deposit begins production.
Production and delivery
We print to the agreed specifications, send progress photos and deliver in branded packaging. We check in afterwards to make sure you are satisfied.

How fast can you deliver?
Standard orders take 3–5 business days. Priority orders are ready in 24–48 hours, and same-day or overnight is available for emergencies, with a rush fee.
What do you need from us to start?
The service date, what you need, how many copies, and photographs of your loved one. Wording can be sent by WhatsApp or email.
Can I see the design before it is printed?
Always. You receive a proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it in writing. WhatsApp confirmation is accepted.
How does payment work?
A 70% deposit starts production, and the balance is paid on delivery.
Can you work with family living abroad?
Yes. Our remote package covers design, digital delivery, local printing and logistics, with progress photos at each stage.
Do you deliver?
We deliver in branded packaging, or you can collect. Delivery arrangements are confirmed when your quote is approved.
